This beautiful hardwood chef's cutting board measures 11" by 7". A bit more than an inch thick. This piece is for the folks that want to use a professional level cut board but do no want to spend the BIG money a large board can cost. This is an edge-grain board. Completely handcrafted with food safe woods, glue & finish.
You can cut on either side of this board. This size cutting board is my best seller, especially[ecially at open markets. Once you hold this piece in your hands, the sale is easy.
I used walnut, maple & cherry on this one. The finish is tung oil. Most cut board creators use mineral oil to finish. Tung oil is a food safe oil that hardens as it cures. This means longer life, fewer refinishes & I think a prettier look.
