This piece is an example of what I do for local Seattle chef's on commission. At 16" x 15" x1" it is the size a serious cook needs. Created with food safe materiel, finished with the best, in my opinion, penetrating oils. Waxed and ready for use. I warranty my boards for life, in writing.
